Frequently Asked Questions |
|
Q: Do you pour rubber?
A: In general, moldable rubber is never a liquid.
Q: Can rubber be recycled like plastic?
A: Rubber can be recycled, however, since it doesn’t melt it’s a very different process than recycling plastic. It’s one of the primary reasons rubber parts tend to be more expensive than plastic.
Q: Do you build your own tooling in-house?
A: Although we have at times in the past, currently we are not the most cost effective mold builders. We will help in the design and have it built if our customers want us to.
Q: Can I get a sample part?
A: We do build prototype molds and can provide samples for research and development.
